I represent that all information given in this application is true and complete and I understand that Quad Investments, Inc. will rely on the information to make a decision about my eligibility to be a tenant. Any false statement of fact shall constitute default under the lease signed pursuant to this application. I authorize Quad Investments, Inc. to check my credit history, contact the individuals and institutions listed above, conduct a rental history and criminal background check, and take other such actions as deemed appropriate by Quad Investments, Inc. to investigate my eligibility for tenancy. I understand that this application is not a lease or a commitment from Quad Investments, Inc. that I will be able to rent. A one month application deposit will be completed with this application . If the application is approved, the deposit will be applied to the security deposit under the lease. If the application is not approved, the application deposit will be returned. I understand that this application will not be processed until all tenants that wish to be on the lease have submitted completed applications and an application deposit of one month’s rent has been submitted. I understand that my application deposit will be forfeited if I am unable or unwilling to sign a lease within three business days after this application is submitted, or if I refuse to occupy the unit. I understand that the monthly payment form and prepaid last month’s rent will be due when the lease is signed.
